The terms.

Last updated October 29, 2026. These are the rules for using MyMembers.ai. Using it means you agree to them.

Your plan

Free is one members area with up to 100 members. The paid plan is $48 a year, cancel any time in one click; refund within 14 days if it is not for you.
Your members, your content and your list are yours. Download your list whenever you want.

Your members pay you directly, through your own Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or link. We are not part of that sale and never touch that money. Refunds to your members are between you and them.
You are responsible for what you post and sell. No adult content, nothing illegal, nothing that infringes somebody else's work, and no promises of income or results you cannot back up.
Only email people who joined your members area or who gave you their email. Bringing a list over is for people who were already in your community.

An Owner License costs $500, paid in full, once, by the buyer directly to the person who shared it with them (or to the next Owner above, or to us). It is one payment. To collect through your link you also need to be on the paid plan ($48 a year); if your plan lapses, payments go to the next paid Owner above you.
Every license is paid for. Giving one away, discounting it, paying somebody back, or tapping Received for money that never arrived is not allowed.
Both sides add a screenshot: the buyer of the payment they sent, the Owner of the money arriving. We may check them, and a screenshot used twice is flagged.
When you share, say plainly that you are paid when somebody buys through your link, and never promise anybody what they will earn. What anybody earns depends on what they do.
A buyer who changes their mind within 14 days asks the person they paid for a refund. If a license is refunded, it ends.

The Launch Kit is a done-with-you build of your own members area, paid once to MyMembers.ai. It includes the first year of the paid plan.
Ask for a refund any time before we start building and you get all of it back. Once the build has started we finish it with you.
An Owner on the paid plan with an Owner License earns 50% of a Launch Kit bought through their link, paid once the build has started and 30 days have passed. A refund before that cancels it. Nobody earns on their own purchase.

Co-op money is paid by Zelle into the co-op's own business account and goes into paid ads. What comes in and what is spent is shown on the co-op page.
A position buys a share of the visitors the co-op ads bring, picked at random and weighted by positions. It is not an investment and it promises no sales.
Ask within 3 days of buying, before the money has gone into ads, and we refund it in full.

No spam, no bots, no fake traffic, no fake sign-ups, and no misleading ads.
We watch for it. If something looks wrong (lots of clicks and nothing else, traffic that looks automated, payments that do not add up), we may pause your links and your co-op positions, ask you about it, re-route payments to the next Owner, remove your Owner License, or close the account. We tell you why.

MyMembers.ai is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running, but we are not liable for lost sales or data beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may change these terms; we will tell you by email before a change that matters takes effect.
